Pisco Sour

3 oz.Pisco (Inca Gold)
1 oz.Lemon Juice
1 oz.Lime Juice
1 whole (egg white)Eggs
1 1/2 oz.Sugar Syrup

Shake vigorously with crushed ice until mixture becomes frothy. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with Angostura bitters.
