Irish Coffee

1 1/3 oz.Whiskey, Irish
2 2/3 oz. (hot)Coffee
1 oz.Cream
1 tsp.Sugar, brown

Add whiskey and sugar to a coffee mug, and fill with coffee, leaving room for the cream. Float the cream on top (be careful, it's hard). Make sure the cream is chilled. Do not stir the cream in.
