1 qt.Rum, white
1/2 qt.Water
3 wholeCinnamon Stick
4 yolksEggs
15 oz.Cream of coconut
14 oz.Condensed Milk
12 oz.Evaporated Milk

Add cinnamon sticks to water and boil until water is yellow. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and yolks and cook at low temperature. Stir occasionally. Once it has boiled for a few minutes, add rum and cream of coconut. Stir, remove from heat and cool. Store in refridgerator.
